Annually, we attend Redken 5th Avenue NYC, the BioElements Institute in Chicago, and quarterly, we bring in educators with each line we use and sell. Every other year we employ an industry "Coach" for Team unity and morale and we bring in our Financial Advisor for our Team's financial health.
